A refractory lining in industrial ovens is necessary when temperatures in the units range from 500 to even 2000 degrees Celsius. Normally one does not easily come into contact with such coatings, but for example all refineries, chemical factories, waste incinerators and smelters (steel, aluminum, lead, copper, etc.) contain a suitable coating that is resistant to the environment in the oven. These coverings are usually made up of at least 2 to even 4-5 layers, each layer having specific properties.
In the period from 2014 to 2016, it became apparent that installation quality declined sharply, while the industry required more craftsmanship. The idea arose that we should do it ourselves. In 2016 Next Level Refractories S.L. was born and started with 5 employees. This quickly became a huge success. Currently we exist of 35 employees who carry out projects all over the world and also 8 people who carry out commercial- technical and administrative matters. We mostly work in Europe, but currently and recently also in Singapore, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia.
